Ivory is a better build than Pearl. You cant compare it .

Agreed.
Ivory and Ameera is 100%residential.
buyers here prefer a Quiet, secure, peaceful
enviorement.

Romours said that Ivory block C has been
massed booked by the Chinese.
He is now lauging to the bank, as the
south Kv like kajang is selling
like hotcakes.

Ivory, Ameera, and Mutiara Villa
will be a great place by its own.

yes... PA: commercial title, utility more expensive, service apartment..

IR:residential title, utility residential rate, condominium, mcd n giant nearby..

Should be residential rate...only if Soho will belong to commercial rate as what I know and the electricity

hey guys, do u all know around this same place, there is a lee brothers project, is smt like condo, (im not sure is condo or aparment) is just cost rm100K ?

Hi.. p a is comprised of service apartment and shop lot.. only commercial title can have this development. . Residential title only can build apartment or condo. .

the land infront the ivory, is started to do something

for what i know, already many ppl put name to the list oledi.
