prima saujana area current value already psf 300+, i dnt think it will be in tht area n its doesn't make sense~As lee brother big developer in kajang as i knw currently They build Saujana Impian, Kajang Impian, Jelok Impian, Setia Impian, Bangi Avenue.. very big player in Kajang, so i dnt think they would be such a big sacrifice to pull down there quality

The low medium cost project actually is under rumah selangor ku programe. Not everyone submit register will get it.
U may google it. beside that the developer will have upgrade package and price could be like 150k.  |
