I rate this as middle class as this condo has the basic facilities like pools, multipurpose hall, badminton court, some landscapes, bbq pits, jogging tracks, water features. it does not have other much fancy stuffs like sky stuffs, steam/sauna, which i think I won't be using it anyway.

McD nearby is a disaster will be eating it night and day

Forest view selling pretty fast!
Kajang city view still a lot of unit left.

shawnk & takky, i think you better get another unit facing Kajang because you will be seeing McD from your balcony everyday. It is 24-hour outlet, but make sure you exercise though to stay fit!

Just like the food not the view unless close enough or use binocular to see the pretty chicks there. Probably too young for my taste though no thanks. Haha

yes, i using this track now, hav to spend 45 min to reach kl if using the contra line
the line will start every morning around 6.30am

Yes, they open xtra lane on peak hour towards KL ard 6.30am n 4.30pm beck Kjg. Anyway sometime the traffic will make u mad xpecially raining day
But raining day jam whole city so nowhr to run onli if u stay in KL city n walk distance to ofis

i already get used to it lar. stay at kajang, every day 5.30 wake up, and sampai office at 7.00,( i start work at 7.30)

Luckily i no nid to use it. I stay sg long. Go kepong ofis after 9pm n beck b4 5pm. Haha. But sometime oso stuck at tol batu 9 when raining days.

I work in Beranang and stay at Ampang, luckily against the traffic. Placed booking for Swimming pool unit 2nd floor. Think might be another unit left at level 1

If I'm not mistaken, there'll be three lifts. Next to Unit 1 side, meaning opposite of the Pool view units.

Anyone has any idea why Kajang Town/Saujana Impian view is not as hot as pool view and forest view?? Night view of town should be ok wah....

If you ask me, I prefer actual forest/jungle than concrete jungle! But then when it comes to new year, the fireworks should be nice!

I think their current discount able to melt ur heart dy... with 1% downpayment plus free this and that... freehold...2 carparks and reasonable built up....

I visited last 2 weeks...forest view still plenty..after 1 weekend passed...so fast left few units... response not bad tho... perhaps u wait for tower 2 lo... just likr my friends. .. he prefer tower 2...

But of course it would be higher price for sure, my SA mentioned that as well.
