hi to all the big brothers out there, juz wondering after you do the booking of rm1k, if back out can refund ah?

Just went to the sales office today. Pool view all sold out ady..
 Forest view selling pretty fast!  Kajang city view still a lot of unit left. |

got my offer from Ambank
90% loan -2.4% 30 years tenure 5 years min MRTA normal home loan (no service charges) rm200 to open acc in Ambank (not sure this is a processing fee) |
