If driving to KL may jam at traffic light b4 Tesco, then phoenix towards leisure mall, then in front viva home towards kl. But u can take ride when KVmrt ready, there is station in front of KPJ kajang n batu 11 tol. So dun think there will BIG pro for transport to KL. Cheers icic, tht's good news. so is there any chance they can get DIBS? i heard there's non but i'm still keeping my fingers cross.. |

QUOTE(JockMatGuy @ Nov 24 2012, 10:50 AM) Is this a flexi loan package? oh, it's a normal home loan(just need to open a savings account loh), not flexi..I was told flexi loan around blr-2.2% only... got my offer from Ambank 90% loan -2.4% 30 years tenure 5 years min MRTA normal home loan (no service charges) rm200 to open acc in Ambank (not sure this is a processing fee) and sorry ya, i just paid rm20 not rm200.. the thing is rm20 is not processing fee.. it is the minimum money you need to have in the account. so rm20 is still yours.. QUOTE(eksk86 @ Nov 26 2012, 02:14 PM) I thought someone mentioned before that Ambank offering 40 years tenure? Why now there are a few people being offered 30 years only? as i know, for Ambank you can choose either 30years or 40years tenureAnd anybody got their loan approved by HSBC? What are they offering? |
