QUOTE(shawnk @ Sep 27 2012, 07:38 PM) dont call me taiko bro.. Big bro..gt a banker told me yesterday tat they gt AP ord..he said if no AP kenot sell yet..he said jz pending for end financing.. @@ confusing!!Since TLS don't have AP for IR yet, I'll apply from the bankers later lo. Think PBB and RHB shouldn't be bad, not sure about others for <400k loan. Added on September 27, 2012, 7:40 pm Em? MBB was one of the listed in the panl bank list from TLS. Either there's some change or MBB hasn't updated their list yet due to AP not being approved yet. |

QUOTE(shawnk @ Oct 12 2012, 07:39 PM) Bro, I'm still very much on the boat market value problem? Loan still in progress. Surprised you and many others reported got only 85%. It's either the market value or they didn't like the 9% discount. thought 9% discount but there is no dibs.. it's jz the same.. This post has been edited by nglyping: Oct 12 2012, 11:39 PM |

QUOTE(Talbac @ Nov 2 2012, 03:21 PM) Mutiara Villa and Ivory Residence both also maximum 85% from Public bank. ING??If confirm want to apply for 90%, can try Maybank, HSBC, Affin, CIMB, ING. . The SA have a complete list of which bank offers 85% max, and which bank offers 90% max. Ivory Residence is on The Star today! |

QUOTE(iheartchanel @ Nov 5 2012, 11:23 PM) Manage to get a nice unit two weeks ago and loan has been approved by ING . They are offering fix rate 4.8% which my husband feel that it's more stable knowing the BLR fluctuate quite a lot. The approval speed is amazing . Only took them two days to approve once doc is submitted. is ING one of their end financier??From what i know through my SA, TLS is very strict on loan submission since the units have almost been taken up. She told me left about 20 Over units and a long list of waiting list queuing for units. Their customer must submit doc within one week and loan approval within two weeks time. Otherwise they just refund customer and open the unit after issue notice. Good luck to all Ivory purchaser. Added on November 6, 2012, 9:33 am QUOTE(ahloy84 @ Nov 5 2012, 11:56 PM) my fren has been booking this unit for close to a month but still havent sign the loan ler.... steady man...
