something like extra yard for you..it means balcony larger bit loo.. and maintenance fee higher also... i won't choose that one IMO.... same level or near to pool... no privacy and noisy...

Showroom and site is different ... site at saujana permai (if not mistaken ) while sales office at taman sepakat indah... correct me if wrong ...
You should go check the site first before go to sales office ....

I visited last 2 weeks...forest view still plenty..after 1 weekend passed...so fast left few units... response not bad tho... perhaps u wait for tower 2 lo... just likr my friends. .. he prefer tower 2...

From what i heard from SA, if your nett income at least Rm3500... You able to borrow $$ for this project..

If you alone not qualify, go for joint income...

The best check with bankers... Tell them honestly about your qualification.. they will calculate for you... So, do this before place booking...

If i rmb correctly, if you have reject letter, then will refund..

But, if you cancel the booking without reject letter.. They will burn your 1 K deposit...

Visited the sale office and site....quite tempting as attractive package, big built up and freehold....but not mask la...

For me, won't 100% trust the word from SA...Maybe they just telling this to create the hype and good response and ppl will buy for the last few units at Tower 1....
Since they mentioned Tower 2 most booked by "China" Investors dy...
