No hardly see, unless in shopping complex some will do sub meter and management will bill to shops

Just curious ivory is exactly same as Pearl Avenue? Yesterday i went to Pearl Avenue, the corridor is width enough to take in ventilation..good thumbup.gif
but the unit quality not really up to standard..

Electricity Bill pay to TNB directly. The Water Bill is paid to the management, usually a bit higher than landed. That's true.

dont have any relevant projects can be reference because this is the first condominium in the vicinity...i still doubt on the rental but appreciation in value quite foreseeable... tongue.gif

later when project completed thn i pindah masuk whole floor empty no people sweat.gif

If u have time list out the names of people for investment maybe like 50 different name balance u have to figure out is for investment or own stay biggrin.gif

Just got my mail from TLS to ask the bank to release stage 4 & 5 payment for block A.

Seems like the development is rushing very fast. Wonder will block A finish by end of this year?

but heard from my friends they say the condo water & electricity bill different charges compare with landed.
