Made my booking 11th floor facing kajang town. The SA told me that there will be a separate road infront from the flat. Is that true?

If you are talking about the flat on the right side, yeah, it's a separate road from the main entrance to IR & Mutiara Villa housing area. Is there a concern you would like to share with us?

Yup. Heard from the developer when I signed my S&P last month that they are prepare to launch another project in Mutiara Height with smaller size but higher price.

Does it means that Block A will hand over keys earlier than other blocks or need to wait all blocks to be complete only they can hand over the keys?

Just got my mail from TLS to ask the bank to release stage 4 & 5 payment for block A.

Seems like the development is rushing very fast. Wonder will block A finish by end of this year?

If is 36 months then still have a couple months to go?

Is because there are a lot of people renting out in pearl avenue? Might be the same if there are also a lot of people renting out in ivory
