Does it means that Block A will hand over keys earlier than other blocks or need to wait all blocks to be complete only they can hand over the keys?

Just got my mail from TLS to ask the bank to release stage 4 & 5 payment for block A.
Seems like the development is rushing very fast. Wonder will block A finish by end of this year? |

If is 36 months then still have a couple months to go?
Is because there are a lot of people renting out in pearl avenue? Might be the same if there are also a lot of people renting out in ivory |
