but at least I can confirm my level sure all for family own stay hahaha, u can ask the agent beside your unit who stay and they are invest or family....... they will show to you Oppps... whistling.gif

Brother condo most important is the management that's I more worry about , alot of condo good in conditions but no values bcoz of the management.

i realise from outside it looks nice, the pool, the gate
but the lift waiting place and the corridor look like flat

corridor should be ok, u mention one should be Yard right? lift area ok lor, DAlamanda one pengsan n very narrow, but diff to compare wit other

seriously

the blue color lift door just doesnt match with the tiles beside the lift lol

why not they use back the most commonly used the aluminium color lift door
