I think both are about same. Same features, almost same facilites. Ivory Residence 10% cheaper, also 38sq ft bigger.

But to be fair, Ivory is last year's price and expected completion June 2015 while Ameera is 2013's project and expected completion July 2016. The 10% increase is good enough for me as Ivory Residence investor. Too bad I have to take a break from property shopping for a while.

I actually thought it is a good idea to let TLS set the market price upon VP. Block A & B of Ivory Residence has been oversubscribed by a lot (inferred from the waiting list), so confirmed the demand is strong.

2 condo there and alot of new landed house around now I more worry about the traffic there...suddenly boom out... cry.gif

Well said, I actually no worry about the traffic there, because connecting to three highway directly. When the SILK entrance near to Twin Palm open, it will be more convenient.

What happened to the flyover project the developers were saying to bypass the traffic light? Anyone knows.

Anyway I just came back from viewing the Ameera Residences, the SA says the developer plan to sell IR block C starting at least 500k when they open for sales.

I went there on friday not much ppl.....yup I ask the SA says also block C prices properly will starting from 500k and above...and after Ameera launching the next will be shoplot as i know
