Does it means that Block A will hand over keys earlier than other blocks or need to wait all blocks to be complete only they can hand over the keys?

I think they will handover the key when all the facilities are done, because we are paying for that as well.

I think too they will handover together with facilities, but may not handover Block A and Block B,C at the same time.

info from iproperty sales agent block A will be completed in November next year, if it is based on the current construction speed it is possible complete in next year.

handover the key i think properly they will wait until three block of crane removed, and facilities completed, & block A will handover the key first follow by block B & last C sales after build, will not handover at the same time, else will very messy in traffic to move in & renovate.

Yup, agree with u bcoz the roadshow sometime they might sign for one year contract, and for branding at the same time collect interesting customer record in waiting list until the block C launching, if block A & B is full. But I believe Block C prices might higher than A & B。

Received call from TLS, told me no news bout IS. sad.gif

But at the same time being invited to Tuesday soft launch on their new condo near IS. drool.gif

Able to get some info from Sales (Price starts from RM 397K++ , Size smaller to IS , Same package as IS )

Price of about 400K is after their discount or before discount? If before discount then not much different ma.

the SA calculated for me, given same block, same floor,

the unit i have now is 376k, the unit of the new condo of same block same floor, will be 417k

Since Ameera Residence will be new launch condo around IR... Do u think it will impact investor hard to sell out upon 3-years completion? since will have more condo available surrounding it...

I think the new launch will complete later then the IR, so there's a gap for IR investors to plunge into market first.
