Any of Block B owner start to be charge by developer? I am one of the owner for 9th Floor Block B and recently i saw my current account being charge for 40K.
Any similar cases to share? |

The interest for the amount paid to the developer will be incur under the current home loan or we have to pay separately? Do not understand....anyone can help?

Just called up the developer. Block B billing now only until Floor 8. Anticipating more payment to bank for owners of block B Floor 9 and above by January 2014. More interest payment to bank very soon.

Plenty of Pearl Avenue Condo units out there for sales at around 320psf....Look like lots of flipper there. Hopefully, it will not happen to IR.
