The car parks are separated from the main condos? Is it far to walk? All the time I was thinking condos are best for retirees. Looking at the master layout plan....I think it is more suitable for young families instead.

Ya, last week when I visit their office, only saw 4 units available, 1 from Block A and 3 from Block B. But I think they might already sold. Anyway, just learn that, the first floor unit, which coming with the extra garden space, having another RM15k cash rebate

Hi all taikors, just wonder is this the club house/multipurpose hall? or this is just merely showhouse which will be tear down after the completion? because when i went to the site, i noticed this building actually built behind block C, where close to the main road. However from the development plan, the club house actually build in front of block C. Why aaa????

If i m not mistaken, that is supposed be a row of shops which later will become their sales office....There will be a club house build adjacent to the row of shops. I also heard that there will be a Old town there. Not sure confirm or not...

then the building is?? shop?

According to my SA, the structure is part of the shop row that going to be build soon. Initially it will be TLS new sales office for Mutiara Heights.
