i saw seren residency ..so far the "cheapest"but i hard not so good things about the developer....which kinda puts me off..

u can scout around for condo/apartment, SEG (last phase is condo), SR (not soon tho), SH, pangaea, skypark, Mirage (extend budget a bit), GP.

800k can have many choices for condo... but for landed, think all above $1mil.
