Everything is depends on demand, & it is a fact that nowadays landed with concept & design, the supply is very less with very high demand.In Singapore, a new landed is asking for about S$ 4 M. If this happen to Malaysia, people have no choice but to go for condo, & this will make luxury condo BBB too. |

the 3 storey Schubert parklink terrace is worst, it is like 4.5 storey inside.
