most of the highrise projects have mixed development with commercial, office and close to work places or universities. Thus, should not have problems lor smile.gif

Everything is depends on demand, & it is a fact that nowadays landed with concept & design, the supply is very less with very high demand.

In Singapore, a new landed is asking for about S$ 4 M. If this happen to Malaysia, people have no choice but to go for condo, & this will make luxury condo BBB too.

aiyah, demand is strong... i think too long over the weekend, until the corner semi-D kena taken after few hours... mad.gif no choice, pay $50k higher and got a unit with larger land...

So when is the completion date for your unit?
Been to SH few times and quite impressed by their landscape!

like the resorts feel with lots of plants. most important is the unit orientation is north-south.

2 storey. don't like 3 storey. I climbed the 3 storey show unit few times already tak boleh tahan, haha tongue.gif

the 3 storey Schubert parklink terrace is worst, it is like 4.5 storey inside. rclxub.gif
