650k was initially indicative...but qhwn it was opened to book i remembered it changed to 700k+.

You are right, that is a retention pond for all longkang water around that area. You can expect to see some rubbish floating especially after heavy rain. May be sone smell also?!?!

For investment, likely cannot cover installment, unless u don't mind.

landed so mahal oredi...cannot afford one..
soho studio wont be practical if for own stay..
so soho duplex it is...and it is on top of centrus mall..with dpulze just across the street..

but now im oso scared when u say expensive cry.gif
