The mosque will go ahead. Not sure about the city center if BN kalah....
*
Cyberjaya City Center, CCC is drive by private sector, nothing to do with BN. Opposition win can possibly expedite the development.
IMHO, current advertisement showing country current achievements has nothing to proud of. If government is capable, lesser corruption and no colonies projects awarded , we should have achieve current development long long time ago. Current government should be shame of this and not spending our money to promote their responsibilty, spending this money to promote or inculcate good value to public e.g. recycling, clean city, polite driving will be more worthy.

why must be island unit? mainland unit not good?
*
Main land units are good, lower maintenance fee, lower price and bigger land, less danger (drown)to kids playing outside.

Some friends told me that being a senior I.T manager (40 yrs old+) with MNC company in Malaysia can easily get monthly salary of Rm 15K++
Besides, those working in oil n gas (40 yrs old+) can get back easily Rm 30K~
Can someone from I.T / OnG line verify this?
If this is correct, these managers can afford to live in cyber landed prop la.

There are a lot more industries are paying good. Not to forget tonnes of businessman too. Affordability is there, the question a just choice of living style and duration for ppl to accept, buy and move in.

SRJK© Union location ...

The 6 acres of land looks small to me. Wonder the school can be expanded to accomodate 3000 students or not. Looking ay the high density of Lake Front, it can easily reach the capacity of 1500 student by considering 1 student for every 3-4 units/family.

Is it? Hahaha.... Lol smile.gif
Let's see 3 yrs down the road.
Personally like the house with bigger land than bigger BU.
41'x95' = 3895ft2 VS 26'x85' = 2210ft2.
If the 3S LV is 1.4mil and 2S semi-D is 1.7mil, subsale of 3S LV can potentially be capped at 1.7mil whereas 2S semi-D subsale will be capped by 3S semi-D (if there is 3S semi-D la).
Still think semi D has a better potential.

Semi-D is totally different category, cant compared with LV. If financially affordable, ppl will definately go for Semi-D. Management and community normally also better.

Yes, Cyberjaya development concept mostly are lifestyle, green, and well-planned, not to mention more of the big shots are living there because of these factors. Because most development is new, the urban planning seems like very good too.
*
I dont think the urban planning is that good. There are too many high density projects been approved. The current road capacity and the main road with so many traffic lights will not be able to cope with this high density. More traffic lights are expected to be installed on many junctions which dont have traffic lights now.

Personally prefered SEG because it's the nearest getaway from cyber via new proposed link.
No traffic lights encountered from SEG to all major hwys - Like!

If you have chance to see the CCC plan, you will know the nearest gateway to all major highways and transportation hub is actually CCC. Unfortunately no landed HER there.
No doubt SEG is still the best landed HER. Once the blue lake and show house are ready, the price will see a big leap.
