To my surprised, TBS is quite well maintained after few years in operation.

This is one of the most "white elephant" building, even rate better than Malaysia custom, available @ KL South.

& Yes believe strongly High Speed Train will hit KL South...

Best is station at Putrajaya Sentral rclxms.gif connect Nusajaya & Putrajaya/Cyberjaya. Then connect to KL CC via MRT line 2. LRT between Cyber and Putra.

Putrajaya Sentral will be the interchange.

MRT Lines 2,3 to cover Putrajaya
Jun 18, 2013

MRT Corp CEO Datuk Azhar Abdul Hamid revealed that the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system’s second and third lines are expected to cover Putrajaya, reported Bernama.

A working paper regarding the new lines is currently being prepared by the Land Public Transport Commission to be presented to the government for approval. The said paper would cover both the MRT’s second and third lines, although the implementation wpould still depend on the government.

“We are expecting good news (approval from the government) by year-end,” said Azhar after visiting MRT’s centralised labour quarters (CLQ).

The second line may serve Putrajaya and Sungai Buloh yet nothing has been finalised.

On the CLQ, he said that the centre aims to accommodate foreign workers as well as a small percentage of local personnel. About 13,000 workers are expected to be deployed at the peak of the MRT construction.

The RM100million MRT construction would build four centres to accommodate 12,000 workers in Kajang, Cheras, Cochrane and Sungai Buloh.

Aside from accommodation, the CLQ would also comprise several sundry shops, a cafeteria, health bay, surau, and recreation area as well as a state-of-the-art security system which works through face recognition.

The first line is expected to be completed in July 2017 with maximum capacity of 400,000 passengers daily with 1.2 million catchment area along the Sungai Buloh-Kajang stretch.

Again........delay for another year.......

Final completion, opening date confirmed for KLIA2
Jun 19, 2013

Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd has announced that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) will be opened on 2 May next year, reported Business Times.

This follows assurance from main contractor UEMC-BP JV (a tie up of UEM Construction (UEMC) and Bina Puri Holdings) that the project will be completed on 30 April next year.

“Based on the revised completion date by the contractors, we are targeting to open klia2 on May 2 2014,” said MAHB in a statement, adding that by this date, necessary Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer (ORAT) are already secured.

In the meantime, MAHB assured that it would closely monitor the work progress delivered by all contractors. It will also impose damages of RM199,445.40 for every day of delay in completion incurred by UEMC-BP JV.

I can understand MRT 2 will stop at Putrajaya in some way, whether it's at the precinct 14 or Putrajaya Sentral. How about MRT 3? it stops in Putrajaya as well? where and why?

TBS is like Cyberjaya, government spend money to build & maintain, still quite undertilized. Like! Haha.

Asked around, most Malaysian will feel waste money sahaja.

To me, why not? To build a country, we need future infrastructure.

Unlike the old way, government build small old JB custom. U see, u feel, u vomit blood.
