i think it may take some time for ppl to move in, maybe 6-12 months... not only for Cyber, but other places as well. My friend just got his key for USJ heights, so many units put on sales and can see many banners along the road. ugly. lol.

For GR, the lowest price that i seen is RM 815K.....getting more interesting now on subsale!

I think cheapest in GR also round 800K++ which is for 2Storey Superlink
Dont think gonna be cheap as RM700K hmm.gif

Those original price about 650k++

anyway, GR now got many units under reno process and the inspection and rectification process still on going.

GR given 2 years plus 3 extra month Free Internet (By Time Dotcom)

The Free Internet start from Sept 2012 onwards.

The service coverage area includes all main buildings and premises in Cyberjaya and BSC which includes residential and enterprise buildings.

SHTech also leverages its specialized IT skills set by providing Project Management and IT consultancy services. To date the Company has undertaken various IT solutions project such as JPJ IT Headquarters and Data Center in Cyberjaya, Cyberjaya Smart School, Cyberjaya Police Station and Cyberjaya City Command Center. Bro, that land belong to pkns. Vega residensi is there. N many phases to go.

You hav one bigger than midvalley at ioi city mall. Cyber has too many halls. Lol.

I dun think Vega Residensi is there.
It's located at south west of SEG (closer to SSP2), west of Autoville.

commercial land isnt really for commercial only... more Service Apartment, Soho, Studio on the way, together with the residential development on residential land...

so Cyberjaya running out of land for residential? err... commercial land also building residential units.. so plenty of land..

who knows will be another "OUG parklane" in the making... few thousand units of service apartment on commercial land...

nowadays when developer acquire a huge commercial land, most of the time there will be highrise residential.. seldom see they only build rows of shoplots like Glomac Cyberjaya... lately every developer who has a commercial land in Cyber definitely build mix development. Development like Pangeae, hyve, cybersquare have more residential than commercial entity.. those left over commercial land around cyber, IMHO likely will be the same, SA, SoXo, studio.. BBB..
