 Why U buy Cyberjaya?

Sometimes project sakit might be the best thing depending on the development of location. for instance I bought Elements@Ampang and i was hoping that they would build it slowly so that the building is only completed just a few years away from soon to be operational circle line station nearby.(when i was just driving around, I was shocked building already so high.damn).. I believe cyberjaya would benefit too if late delivery, waiting for all shopping malls to be completed. On LAD, I heard in some cases, some companies like to buat bodoh and not paying. How do we force them to pay?

East Ledang is nearer to Singapore, and it is next to Legoalnd, Educity.

Title says why you buy cyberjaya... You got how many trillions? LOL.. If you talking about buying property in Cyberjaya, usually people buy it to rent it out, rental here can go up to 2000 for one apartment... ridiculous, reason being, because there is no public transport(proper public transport), there is only currently 2, one going to Putrajaya Central, and one more to KL, Cyberjaya house rental that goes sky high is also the cause why most people who work in Cyberjaya stays in Puchong or Seri Kembangan, the way to actually solve this is creating a new route for bus from Seri Kembangan and Puchong to Cyberjaya... it will lower down the value of the rental/value of the apartment here.. just saying.. my2cent, I am in MMU, so I kinda notice this..

Aiya, buy landed Units not for rental or flipping.
Just to keep them as bird nest house Ma.. Believe that the landscape n greenery environment in cyber are suitable for this kinda of bz.
Heard that islands unit in Setia Eco Glades will attract more due to the humidity. Really should get one then hahahaha......

For me, I don't need night life in Cyber... Retirement home must have lots of nature... If I want to have fine dinning or drinking session, I will drive to KL. 20-30min drive only right?

If I drunk, I can stay in one of my suites in KL. rclxms.gif

RM still will be depreciating unfortunately that's the fact.
Better put all your RM into prop which the prop price will go up due to RM currency depreciation.
Too be honest, i keep AUD, USD and SGD only at this region.

Actually I am also hoping RM to depreciate, so my property investment in Malaysia can grows quicker tongue.gif

Bought several properties in Malaysia, so far no sakit development ler...

Why UEM project sakit? Normally is due to what?
