Landed residential is still very limited compare to overall development in cyber.
There is a calculation / analysis of over supply in this thread. Kindly check for more details. Everyone who bought cyber knows that holding power is a must before the area turn up to be mature.

cyber is >40km from city centre. dont u think is far?

Distance is vr subjective..if u work in klcc will be >40km..if u work in pj will be another figure..if u work in airport..those stay in ampang relatively more than 60km to work..if u consder putrajaya as govt central cbj will be vr close..if u work in sngapore..anywhere in klang valley vr far..

haha, agreed. Travel from east to west of singapore is about 50km. in singapore, even 10kM is super far

Have been commuting between CBJ and KL for the past 6 years by ERL+STAR. Door-to-door sharp 1 hours never fail!

Driving to KL for shopping only during the weekend or holidy. Door-to-door ard 30 mins.

Go to klcc area is ok becoz got mex highway. Go to pj, NIghtmare as there is no good highway link. Go to klang is still ok becoz got skve. Cheras is still ok if u dun go during peak hours

Brother, the important is to attract the local, especially Puchong rich & upgrades like u.

I wish Cyberjaya develop like Damansara but not Iskandar.

Near. When u can reach in < 30 minutes via MEX.

Far. When our Sri Damansara house is 15 km from KL, but only can reach in 1.5 hour due to traffic.

Believe I will be the one by year 2016.

Tried few times from intersection of Jln Tun Razak / Jln Ampang to Gleneagles Hospital (Jln Ampang), few KM distance required 45 mins - it's really WTF!

that road rite there, u need to strategize bro...use that all the time, its a brisk 5-10 mins only depending on the traffic load of course!

Mex from cyber to klcc in 30 min? absolutely not possible during peak hr. I used to travel 80min from bt jalil access up to Mex then reach Klcc.
