I think their purchased price is lower than Rm 1.0mil thus yield rental will be higher or closer to 4.0%.

To be honest, if u buy 60000+ sqft land, RM 50 psft. For example, Iskandar land asking RM 50 psft. If u buy 6000+ sqft land, RM 150 psft. For example, Setia Eco Hill bungalow lot asking RM 100 psft. If u buy 2000+ sqft land, RM 300 psft? To build a superb residences, there are many other cost involved. To me, RM 300+ psft is not expensive. |
