Rov pilot need certifications n experience
Cert is expensive is one thing

Experience wise from my smoke break talk with rov tech. They need to start from tech level few years n then going up level by level until pilot.

Can try subsea explore. They need someone to fill in the vacancy. ( if i not mistaken)

He had his ROV training in uk early this year. Been waiting so long to join any ROV companies.
