Cannot but at least can support 50% of the installment after minus out the maintenance fees.

I got swim there a few time, got to know some tenant can get 900 earlier. Now the price start to increase slowly as more tenants coming in There are some UPM lecturers staying here also, feedback is cheap, near to Jusco/shops and facility good (as of now).

Yeah, can cover >50% installment only now. Better than I left my unit empty and paying 100%.
But I am telling my tenant that bear in mind this rate is for first year, next year I might revise rental up to market price (of coz still open room to nego). If next year market price boost to near 1.5k then I happy jor

I been to my unit a few times and especially last saturday i was there almost full day doing final touch up and cleaning before handover the key to my tenant. I didn't even notice any noise to be frank. my unit is facing highway and it's not very floor.
