Better rent it out, use this rental as for your kids education in the future.

Buy 2nd house, rent it out as to cover your medical cost in the future.

Means it will shorten ur bank loan repayment period. Instead of 20 years, maybe u can settle it within 5 years with double payment to bank (rental+ur saving). After settle then those rental is ur income already.
