Food for thought hmm.gif

Scenario 1 (The Beautiful Condo facing a Cemetery)

Barry & his wife Linda (fake names of course) bought a Condo in the fairly upscale area of Damansara. Unfortunately or fortunately, their unit faces a cemetery. If it was purely for investment purposes, they would not have proceeded with the purchase. However, since they are buying for their Own Stay and liked the unit, they decided to buy it anyway. A couple of years later, our lovely couple wanted to refinance their home to unlock some of their equity. However, most banks including their own banker did not even want to refinance their unit, due to its proximity to the cemetery. Barry & Linda are now perplexed at their lack of options.

Hi all,

Anyone use JIAN HONG renovation before? He quoted me RM1100 for the grill at main door and yard only. The lock for the main grill is L type one. Is the price ok?
*
I let him do the grill and curtain holder(?)for my unit. I did compared the price and their quality to others and this is the best for me. Remember to ask the material of the grill, the thickness of the material, and what kind of lock they will use before you decide.

Sorry sorry ... been busy ... rental all asking about 900. I think the tenant there more interested to get cheaper rental instead of looking at what u can offer (e.g. partly/semi furnished or fully furnished). Or this is just the lazy agent that want to earn fast money so they all propose 800 - 900 rental and see which owner want to rent it quick.

ok la, i see some agent start offer as high as 1.2k already. Some owners sendiri put up also 1.3-1.5k. Still new around that area, give it some time for the rental to stabilize.
