From the floor plan layout, you will need your access card when come out of the elevator to you unit on each single floor and sky lounge.
No sure bout swimming pool, gym and others facilities. Guys, I have no experience living in high rise all my life so here the question. There is 500+ units if not wrong multiply by 2 cars each = 1K cars in and out daily on a single exit. Is that consider heavy traffic or is normal. |

QUOTE(jootat @ Apr 17 2013, 03:22 PM) Which area is jam? Usually after the Cheras Selatan Jusco will be jam but keep to your most right lane if u r heading to Sg Long. Then after that exit to Sg Long from SILK will be jam again (depending on time). Yesterday i pass by there around 8:30pm, it's consider acceptable traffic jam but i decided to turn into BMC and took alternative road there to enter Sg Long. Further a bit but confirmed no jam The sg long traffic light right before the shell petrol station lor, i came out from taman rakan and its back till there so decide turn left to JJ cheras selatan for dinner. |

QUOTE(peri peri @ May 3 2013, 02:32 PM) still want to appeal? if u looking for -2.4%, better top up at least 5 years MRTA. Maybe around rm800 to 1200 for that, depends ur unit purchase price. Not my call, its waifu ... she just let me know what have been done You might be right but I just dun wanna be deny of a husband privilege if you know what I mean Anyway, receive Ambank call today that loan is approved as per what RHB is offering. At least I can choose now. AB piss me off a lil by asking for 6 months payslip and 6 months bank statement. Personal I think getting a bank statement from Maybank is "apita". |
