no one blame you wo ? is you say will drop 20% ma then i suggest you to sell before loss even more only wo... dont be too harsh on yourself, no one is blaming you.

Security to be improved.

1) the ground floor entrance door and resident entrance floor's magnet seem cannot lock properly

2) guard allow car to park at ground floor entrance parking without checking

Rental should be slowly improve.
Many mid low income locals started looking to rent in SR here. New building, Easy access and with ok new facilities. Rental Price consider acceptable for them compare to some +-same size old condo around also charging the same rental price.
