i suspect the developer some of our floor heights. what do you think?

One thing I dont like is that the door access card can be use on all floors access.

To me, for security reason, it should be only access to a designated floor and not all.

Maybe they have other reason by doing so ...

And why la need two card, one for security booth access and another for access from car park to elevator area.

Only after you have experience yourself personally to hold your property for 6 mths -1 year no tenant, then you know how true the above statement is.  You get to feel the REAL market conditions and also when owners cant tahan keep paying the monthly instalment, then they will simply grab the first offer to come in even if lower than expected.  Dont forget from that rental, still need to fork out maintenance fee later.

i found out some renting dirt cheap is those joint developer land owner units, they don't need to service any loans. So just rent to generate income and sell when time comes. I guess this would be temporary once all these units are rented out then the value would appreciate.
