congrats rclxms.gif more supply for KV. what the target market here? the opposite shops so dead...staff at the few shops very afraid at night of kena rob coz too quiet.

if got stamina to hold then hold la for your expeceted rental. but most ppl just wanna rent out and be done with it especially if tenant profile ok. pls compare "cheap" rent from march at rm800 vs "target price" rent in aug at rm1100. diff rm300 per month but lost 800x5mth=4k. need more than 1 yr at "target rent" to get same duit. rent agreemnt can oways do short 1 yr type and revise nxt yr if mot reli tht gooding. if not just thank your stars or gods that u got it tenanted.
