Quality is so so.

My unit is facing the low cost apartment. Can't rent out high price sad.gif

the unit is 550 sqft, cost +/- 164k

now , market price +/- 230k

Target rent is about RM900 for first year ( complete with nearby flat at Rm600 only) , Rm1100 next year and slowly up.

If can get rent = RM1400, will keep la.

If cannot get good rent. Target sell when Silk Condo VP.

But wanted to sell when reaching 260K. maybe not possible la

They are building 18 units shop lot.

I don't know if this fully sold. But the developer is just next to juta mine balakong condo.

For your info. This developer is cash rich type and don;t expect they will offer discount.

My employer supply some building materials to this project main contractor.

But seeing the progress on the MRT project, i think they are really progressing quite fast.  But they still need to do some testing and etc which may later caused the delay.

I think that type of structure are building warehouse more like a condo/ residential.

i think the open up units are those loan rejected.

It is very normal those not strong get rejected by bank.

I believe the agent is professional enough.
