Can anyone tell me what kind of services the property agent can offer? Besides finding tenant and liaise between owner and tenant to sign the contract.
I am thinking to post advertisement on my own to iproperty/property guru. The monthly subscription fees is around rm300++. If I share the account with one person, monthly cost will be around rm150. If I can get tenant within 6 month, means I can pay less than rm900.. |
