My opinion on alliance cc is don't trust alliance.i am holding platinum card. First cancel off unlimited entry to lounge , then cancel off the cash back features. Left with timeless point now. Previously I spend rm 5000 every month on it. Now sorry. Just waiting to cancel it.

Why the screenshot that i grabbed from ringgitplus shown the monthly cap is RM90 for 3% range then? No way can achieve the cap right?  rclxub.gif

not worth it. dont bother. i still have their plat card cause its FOC for me for life. but in the meantime i switched to maybank signature and PB for better cashback. turns out i could have maxed my cashback better anyways. 100 from PM (one sup with seperate limit) and the balance goes to maybank, dont think i will hit their spending requirement though. alliance collecting dust - they dont want our money, let them be.

you're welcome. my wife and i are quite happy with the new combo for VS signatures from PB and MBB. turns out we can max the 88 RM CB from MB with petrol and a bit of grocery and then get 2x50 RM from PB for online payments & grocery. thats 188 vs. 68.75 we used to get from alliance bank for virtually the same spending. so actually we owe alliance bank a thanks. we obviously wasted 1440 RM every year and didnt notice.... now that pays for a nice dinner or two...

nvr had any problems. i just tell them i want an increase to this and that amount and then i get confirmation. but of course this depends on duration of relationship with the bank and amount pumped through accounts / parked with them.

i dont know if this info will help you. if no reply just call them - if you have RM then call the RM to settle for you.

mehh just chat with alliance bank representative. Said my credit limit increment is fail. I asked why and she said dunno and ask to re apply after 6 month.

Maybank was pretty easy to increase the credit limit. Mainly the alliance was used for my bro(supplement) and his usage habit are good, always pay on time.
Maybe I need to apply another bank.

There is a time an officer from alliance bank called me. He said I was selected as one of their good customer and they wish to double up my credit limit. He asked me whether I am keen or not. I say no harm trying. But no news after few months. I assume to proposal fail. Alliance bank not so easy.

Thank you for your replies. Never mention anything in their T&C, I would say if I manage my auto debit monthly insurance payment into the card, I would still entitled for 0.5% CB for my monthly insurance and if that month total usage was over 1K I'll be getting 1.5% CB for my insurance right?

I have uploaded my personalized image for the You:nique card but the resolution when I saved the sample card image. Will they notify us if the resolution of the image is not acceptable?
