I've cleared the points taking advantage of the 10% enrich bonus offer. But since I've reached the 30k spent, going to just keep the card for local PPL until annual fee due again in 1+ year time.

Till 13 November. From what I understand you get 10,000 points from your bank and then enrich add 10% more become 11,000. The bonus comes from enrich and not the bank.
So far my alliance timeless points has been deducted but nothing in my enrich account yet, already 5 days, still waiting.

If I redeem today dun think can make it for the promo already. Alliance redemption is quite slow, maybank just take about 3days only.

Even though I hate them so much for revising the PP T&C but their redemption process is not really that bad.

I called them on October 24 to redeem and EM already credited into my account by October 26.

I have standalone MBB VI too and the only reason I am spending with this VI is because of their PP and now that they have revised the T&C of the PP, there's really no reason to keep this card.

what i did before (early this year) was, i converted all pts to airasia big, spent 33k and got 22k big pts

Just check and got the enrich miles. Wasn't there this morning / after lunch. I call Alliance Bank to convert on Friday morning, and got it today Wednesday evening. So about 3-4 working days.
In the enrich account My Activity, it shows the lump sum converted points plus the 10% added in. One activity, not two activities.

i spoke with them to check if anyone cares or a retention program is in force. considering our turnover for the card i would have thought they would go many extra miles to keep us tied to them. big disappointment - nothing has been offered besides 3 yrs fee waiver and nobody cared to call to check - and that is for a cc turnover in the heavy 6-digits p.a.. well i have as little loyalty as they do and am already accumulating cash back with maybank. 88 RM ++ beats alliance's 68.75 anyway. just have to see how to properly make use of the points now. i do wonder if they will call or even care when they notice that the spending on the card drops to near zero (i will just let the 0% IPP plans run to their end).

I changed to a Younique card for standby after maxing CB on PBB VS and CIMB CB.
The VI and Plat will be in the drawer...no annual fees, so will just let them be for now.

Haiz...today received msg the Debit card 2% cash back will be withdrawn wef 1.12.15.
The VI may come in useful sometimes @ local spend approx . 0.45% worth in points.
This about the best (tied with PBB )
Use for non eligible exp. for cashback under PBB VS n CIMB CB n UOB One and where AMex is not accepted.

Not exactly true... you need to swipe 12x or 5k for Plat..... and 30k for VI...

He is right, he already said that he is an Alliance Bank PB customer.
There's no annual fees for PB customer.

woah, now the hybrid acc also useless I used to pay bill and petrol and grocery using this card and normally can get around 22-29 cash rebate. Oh why alliance do this

looks like they dont want their customers anymore. maybank also has a sort of hybrid account i just noticed. interest rate also acceptable.
