Essentially CB is it's only feature.....  if you choose that option (out of 3)

The cash back is tier based up to RM3000

Tier 1 - RM0.01 to RM1000 - 0.5%
Tier 2 - RM1001 to RM2000 - 1.5%
Tier 3 - RM2000 to RM3000 - 3%
Tier 4 - Above RM3000 - 0.3%

Thank you for your replies. Never mention anything in their T&C, I would say if I manage my auto debit monthly insurance payment into the card, I would still entitled for 0.5% CB for my monthly insurance and if that month total usage was over 1K I'll be getting 1.5% CB for my insurance right?

SCB Cash Back Gold, UOB Vox CC NOT given Cashback on Insurance Payment

From my past experience, I encountered OCBC Silver Mastercard does give CB for insurance payment of 0.5%. But since they rejected my request for annual fee waiver, for now I transferred my insurance payment to PB Platinum Card which hopefully will give me 0.3% CB

Recently I noticed Alliance Younique card is giving CB according to the total amount used per month almost similar as PB, so that is why I am asking

And as mentioned by fly126 UOB Vox does not give CB for insurance which also include CIMB CB. They stated it in their T&C
