Hi guys, for the categories of 3k online transaction, i had done the transaction for spaylater and insurance until full 3k, why i didnt get full TBP until 24000? am i do something wrong?

Wondering if anyone here have the solution for this before I contact CS....
So I've added my VCC to Samsung Wallet previously (I used the default add to Samsung Wallet option on the Alliance app instead of manually creating a card) Recently I got a new Galaxy smart watch, and I'm trying to add the card to my watch as well, but it's asking for the CVV number in order to add.... anybody know how to get this CVV number? Can someone enlighten me please.... since the benefits of VI have been "enhanced", the Virtual card benefits also impacted in your statement? I read that Virtual card isn't but just to be very sure.
