Yes. VCC is a separate card and not tied to any other physical card.

Yes will get the RM25 charge.

Benefit is for now it gives the 8x for e-wallet reload which they have removed from VI.

Also, you can generate unlimited card number - so you can create specific ones for specific use and reduce potential fraud or hack issues.

Probably just different design....

Only one type la.

But you can create specific card that caters to specific category - they have a few 'preset' items which is probably what you see there. So the idea is you can create 1 card number for:

- Youtube
- Spotify
- Netflix
- Gym

So, each card is only used to pay for those services - allowing you to track your spending better - or if you get hacked - you just have to terminate say, Spotify card num. This means you don't have to cancel the entire card and redo all the usual replacement again.

Hello guys, I just got my vcc and I’ve converted few purchases to flexi payment before the statement date. However , it’s been a week and I still don’t see the amount reduced and it’s showing in my statement. I don’t get any message that my request has been rejected. I do the same on my HLB visa and it only takes 3 days for the flexi amount to be converted. I’m new to this vcc and hope someone can give me some advice.

Also what's the time gap between you "spent" and "convert"?
Last month i also experienced the same issue and called them and to my surprise:

1) Original TNC has this term within 30 days to convert which disappeared now
2) the CS told me must do within 21 days which i argue there's no B&W on updated TNC
3) CS said will discuss with manager and i wait few days later saw my conversion success 12m 0%

I also just done one conversion on 5th Nov and today still no reflect :\
Normally is 3 working days.

It takes some time. Wait until your statement come out to see if it's reflected

imo Alliance is a bit slow when it comes to updating the transaction history

may I know the cash back for Visa Signature is follow transaction date or posted date? do Visa Signature has a fixed date to credit cash back like Maybank always credit on last day of the month?

I have rm 3k transactions on 29/10/2025 and posted on 01/11/2025 and my statement on 04/11/2025 do not have any cash back yet.

Btw, anyone cancelled their VI and maintain their VCC?

There is no impact on the VCC or past points earned right? The previously earned points are still applicable?
