Mine dispute case already completed today.

23th July till 17th Aug.

Despite it took quite some time but alliance CS were easy to deal and professional, thumbs up to them.

My personal conclusion, use virtual cc for those hotel bookings website, as the only website i used before the fraud is from those, not worth the trouble for the visa card discount.

Anyone experience late posting of transaction? I've few transactions with different merchant that transacted on 28 Aug still not posted as at today. My statement date is tomorrow.

Same here, I did a transaction on 28/8 and it hasn’t posted into my VCC… I hope this doesn’t affect the bonus points earning.

fruitie I ended getting the Alliance VI.

What e-wallet top up is the best currently to top up the 3k? I know TnG & Grab now charges a percentage for top up.

After that same issue but called to cs said they till 10pm
Asked me call again this morning 8am
What a low class bank
My current solution is create subscription vcc and use only 1 time then delete
Luckily still can create subscription one

I swipe alliance CC installment plan for something. But in my cc it reflected full amount . Is it normal? I chat with support they said need to wait until billing cycle it will convert to installment? First credit card that has this behaviour.

Anyone similar?

What do you mean reflected full amount?
Credit limit reduced? that's normal for other banks too.
