Received a call mentioning that all my missing points has been credited into my account, and that it should reflect in online portal in a few days.

I haven't get any point from ALB. still waiting for their investigation.

Please update when you receive the points.

I might need to call them again.

Talked to CS again today, they say will be reflected by next statement. I ask them how much points will be/have been credited, and its only 21000, which means they only credited one month of missing TBP.


zzz this policy change was implemented so badly, I am sick of having to spend hours on what is basically less than RM25. First time so unhappy with Alliance.

i did not tie the CC to the apple ID but somehow it got charged. i immediately called Cs blocked the card.

Yes! I have many such transactions on my credit card but amount is way more than this. It’s RM86 or RM150 and I thought I’ve been scammed when I was overseas recently!

After reading some posts here I did some calculations on my points. It looks like I have some extra points but I don’t know which points were for what transactions; as I’ve never get a perfect match on the points every statement. So this month was positive a lot more than usual, I’m guessing they had made the corrections.

I just make a call to their CS, and CS said will be credited the missing point on june statement. Hope this is true. Else, i need their black n white.

Anyone took IPP with Alliance Bank?

Mine I took 3,200 0% 6 months IPP, and this month's statement came up to 3,200.

Should I pay 3,200 or 3,200/6 ya? Because from statement it is not very clear.

It will locked your credit limit 3200 slowly reverse out after you pay for the monthly instalment

Min 5% every month until month 6 pay full

Oh only need to pay minimum every month?

I thought need to pay 3200/6 for 6 months.
