Anyone knows what outlet will be opening in this unit? Saw that it's under reno now.. It's easiest the largest lot by floor size and facing LDP.

Bro, any idea which is the stand alone retail unit? I mean a solo / detached tower of a 3 ( not sure or 4 ) storey retail which just build for a Datuk for RM 12 mil.

The only detached block would be the one where The Beer Factory is located, between Block B and C. It belongs to Group36 if not mistaken.

It's not everyday event, it's an anniversary celebration. Yeah, the party-goers sure wish for free flow everyday... fat chance

SW is drawing bigger and bigger crowd especially at night. I was there last friday night and literally all the "cafe" were flooded with sea of people..

One thing surprised me was that when I walked into the SW, I didnt experience "pasar malam" kind of commotion noise despite the huge crowd. Can it be due to its open space or perhaps the water canal is "absorbing" those chatting voices?

Oh, ya, if it belongs to Group 36 , then it is correct building that I mean.

Different ppl hv diff levels of tolerance. Personally i feel SW is coming up real nicely Would be better if there are more live reports from owners who already move in so that at least we know the actual sound level from the apartments, whether unbearable or otherwise.

Btw, a picture speaks a thousand words, end of September, can't wait!!
