I very like to visit Cold Storage and Urbanfresh .... More clean, looks more tempted to go in, and products nicely arrange accordingly, pay a bit higher also nvm.

I m curious why no one choose highest their preference ? For eg: Pent house at the highest. And normally just a few units. Any reasons for that ?

1) Heat may transfer fr roof top
2) Possible exposed to rain water leakage
3) If roof top hv cafe / swimming pool, party may cause some noise disturbance

Need to read the house rule book. I think the design is there. Better to get the same contractor from other owners to do my grille. They will help settle the deposit for renovation etc.

So anyone done any renovation in Solace? Thanks.

Just visited friend at sw. Very quiet at the monent. A lot of shops still empty and not many owner move in yet.

It would be great news if the opening of TGV is next month, but one SW retailer told me that October is the ong-ong month for TGV opening..

I saw it from TGV FB page, you can see under the "Others Posts" column someone asked when TGV SW will open... same for the Sushi Tei, it's from their FB page
