I believe many shops would be excited to open right after the advent of TGV. Do you know what is the capacity of the available parking facility (within SW)? hmm.gif

If I am not mistaken, there are about 4000 parking bays for the commercial part of SW.

I have 3 units to let (will consider sell if price is premium). 19 floor (1,098sf) facing forest, 23 floor (1,012 sf) facing LDP. Both 19f & 23f are having sky garden. Include kitchen cabinet and wardrobe (come with the unit heard from Signature Kitchen). Another 25f 1,852sf facing forest. Serious tenant only. 012-3833218 or email ckgan@rocketmail.com

Solace Tower is a bit different. In Solace, there are 1007sf units facing forest, at the corner. Those were the hottest units during launch time.

Other than 845sf and 1396sf, there is one end-lot 1096sf per floor with no dark-room. I think that is currently the hottest pick for any sales and rental for people looking for 2 rooms.

It will not be that "nice" if the #07 unit is on the sky garden floors (11th/15th/19th/23rd, especially 11th and and 19th floor where the sky gardens are facing the forest)

i think 07 units on 11th and 19th floor are less privacy due to the sky garden is just next to the bedroom 2 and studyroom windows. imagine ppl chatting in sky garden when u are trying to have a afternoon nap or study for tmr's exam.
