The lift situation is really true.  IF the management don't anything fast, more problems will come up & by that time, it might be too late (lives lost???)

Sooner or later, sure tragedy will happen

It would be stupidity for management to skip lift maintenance. If there is a lost of life and no proper maintenance record, management can be charged for manslaughter!

1) JMB not yet form.
2) It is SP team managing the common facilities.

i knew from the beginning there seemed to be problem with the lifts
i refer r2
no ventilation
one lift was slow to open
another quite fast
there was one time it skipped the floor=failed to open at selected floor
hope your wife is recovering
as usual action is normally taken after an accident

hello guys, anyone has ever stuck in SW commercial lift b4? My wife was stuck in there without ventilation fan for about 45 minutes. Exhausted,dizzy,short of breath, hysterical immediately after released. Management choose to wash their hand off, say is none of their business and did not provide any form of emergency medical relief, even though at one point of the time they could open the lift door slightly(allowing my wife to breath), but close it again for fear of voiding the warranty.
I am pursuing legal(lawyer and DOSH) means to  this case, anyone have any suggestion or experience?

I'm wondering what is so difficult for the FMD to improve the ventilation at R3-R1 lifts. R2 lifts also very stuffy, very very uncomfortable to go in every time.

Hello, as update, i have just spoken to jmb mr ghazali. he will provide report n evidence. I told him to produce his immediate action for improvement. If i m not satisfied in him dealing with the case, i will pursue further. He didnt taichi and says that JMB is liable actually but hope i dont make it sour....
