Yeah went there on the last day of "parking-free day". I guess after they implement this, the lunch crowd will be reduced drastically. Already saw many outlets are struggling, with this come on board, can expect tough time ahead.

Is the shop units come with strata title? Enbloc would be too high a price to pay unless it can be sold individually.

Hi can anyone tell how much was the retail shop in Setiawalk being sold during launching? (psf wise).
I noticed many units facing LDP are still vacant especially the office units from 2nd floor onwards. What could be the reason for this?

What about those higher floors eg 1st retail shop? Was the launching price around 400-500psf?

Where is this ramp located?
Currently I find it very troublesome to go in Setiawalk. One has to go Jln Wawasan and make U-turn.

Actually i should rephrase the question: where can I get more info on the discussion on subsale retail shops @ Setiawalk.
Agents in iproperty (or any other sites) will usually just give the basic info such as price & unit. If one asks further, normally they could not provide the relevant details.
Any specific thread on this?

I guess it bounds to have defect in certain units among a project. Just inform the developer and judge it's response on how fast they rectify it. That should be a better yardstick.

Looks like the commercial shops will have hard time later too as people will try to avoid patronizing outlets with PH (not discriminating just merely saying the fact)

The staircase walkway could be under "private property". If that is the case, it is up to the owner of the colorful bridge to ensure its cleanliness as well as the security there?
