Yes there are many stewardess here in solace. Every week u will see a bald agent that bring all the stewardess in. They don't look local to me. I once heard them speaking in Korean.
The crowd is a lot during Friday night and sat night. Only if the crowd is like that every day then it will attract more shops. I have heard shops wanting to sell their business already. If business still no good soon u will hear them closed shop. There also currently 3 parking entrance. So situation is slightly better. Parking rate is also reasonable hence didn't stop the crowd from coming. Btw, not just the Korean are increasing there also blacks although there aren't many at the moment. |

QUOTE(T816B @ Mar 2 2013, 09:47 PM) Yes, Hong Leong added in the interest in their statement. Your installment will be shown in next month's bill, but again, next month's interest will be added in as well. Does that mean when I pay my first installment of RM1660 (due on 01/03/2013), I have to pay as well the outstanding balance of RM1200+ for the month of February, or that will be bore by SPS? |

QUOTE(Vestor @ Mar 1 2013, 11:21 PM) Yeah went there on the last day of "parking-free day". I guess after they implement this, the lunch crowd will be reduced drastically. Already saw many outlets are struggling, with this come on board, can expect tough time ahead. I dun think people cannot afford to pay Rm 1 to 2 for parking to enjoy a fresh environment for a walk and chill to unwind from a daily stress. Why still have cheapskate thinking for not to pay parking? Is not expensive for RM1 for 3 hours. |

QUOTE(bizklguy @ Mar 2 2013, 11:17 AM) Well said! IMHO, SW would attain even higher boom if SP Setia colud improve traffic access quickly, and get another anchor tenant(s) (e.g., grocer) to SW Mall immediately.. Come on SP Setia, you hv a great plan for SW, but pls execute it well! Tx in adv. SPS has a willingness to improve traffic, but the MPSJ takut takut to approve it or they are waiting someting to settle. |

SW shop owners must not be greedy especially those first floor rate, not many shop goers walking first floor yet as not much interesting there, so how to get business good for those try to survive at first floor? So something to do with such as open business that utilise grd and 1st will help and must also open up the entrance at 1st floor. Then only goers will walk upstairs. In fact upstairs can have more view.

Any idea why shops like Bata and Killiney Kopitiam are not starting their biz? ... In fact, they are one of the earliest shops which started renovation in SW.

As far as I can remember, for example, your loan amount with HLB is RM 300K, monthly interest is RM 1.2K, the first statement you get will included already the interest, ie. RM 301.2K.After you pay your first installment of RM 1660, your next month statement will show RM 301.2K - RM 1660 + New Interest. You may want to check with SPS if you are not sure about it. |

Btw, not just the Korean are increasing there also blacks although there aren't many at the moment. Reality will determine the shops that are to boom or doom. So far there is only one shop at prime location that looks like they cannot compete/make it. If you only sell poor tasting and expensive foods coupled with poor service, difficult to survive even at the best of prime locations. It is an opportunity for late comers to quickly grab the location but often the tenant at prime location is asking for a huge premium to let go to others. I suppose it's their only way to recoup some losses. I know shop like Wong Kok is doing so well that their only regret is they often do not have enough tables to accomodate their SW customers. Padi House SW had invested substantially for two floors to ensure they do not run into the same situation as their Sri Petaling shop where it is often full house. SW is an ideal location for air crews since it is not too far for main highway to KLIA/LCCT. Lots of reasonabily priced and clean F&B outlets (already more than 30 at last count!). This is another positive factor for SW. |
