I was just there. Viet restaurant seem to be doing so well that even the additional tables on the side walk are fully occupied with a queue waiting to grap the tables. See the photo for yourself.

Considering its condition, parking charges are very reasonable. Only RM1 for first 3 hours. Maximum charge is only RM2 per day. In addition there are more than 40 lifts from car park to retail or office level. No need to walk too far. You can find many signages of retail lots at the car park lift.

Doomsayers about Vietnamese restaurant being close soon is just like the psychos in certain parts of the world that dug holes to take refuge based in Mayan's prediction of the end of the world on 21 December 2012. As long as the food that is cook is fresh, delicious & reasonably priced....the restaurant or cafe will survive. I truly admired those businessmen who opens up a variety of restaurant that make SW highly marketable. That makes SW a huge difference compared to other projects.
