The only reason for me to get 660 is if I can get a non reference card for 699
Sigh, if they put two connectors there, the overclocking ability would have been much better. It's seems to be on par with 580. So silent and cool!! Hope the distributors don't mark up the price of this gpu like the ti version |

Nvidia said it's more or less the same as the beta 306.02 driver, with few other modifications.
QUOTE Yes, these are very similar to 306.02. The main changes are compatibility for 680M, 660 and 650, new PhysX software for Borderlands 2, and other behind-the-scenes things for it and WoW: MoP. I'll wait for rc2x to report back, currently using the 306.02. |

QUOTE(mrkenn @ Sep 14 2012, 12:13 AM) the 460 1GB still can compete other cards in power consumption, heat and noise;but lose 99 in game performances. |

You could try but it's not abnormal for cards getting less scores with new drivers due to the way the card is being tuned up with each different drivers. Sometimes they improve image quality at the cost of fps. Can't really see from the pics, but how's your overall temp and power output with the 306.23 ? Is it better or worse than 301 ? If it's warmer then it may affect the score due to the temp throttling.
