And yes Gigabyte use GTX 680 PCB but it's not reference PCB IINM. The pcb and the caps is high quality etc. The problem with Malaysia price is Gigabyte are way overpriced (gap around RM 100 vs Asus DCUii). Based on US market, the price is should on par with reference GTX 670 or a tad higher but here, . No comment for the price. But if someone willing to change Gigabyte OC with my DCUii, I'll accept the deal. And now been eyeing Gigabyte HD 7970 OC.

What kind of stutter? Kind to explain or give me link? As I know, stuttering is happen to all Kepler right? BTW, since you ask me, when I play Mafia II, sometime my FPS drop to 30's even in less action scene or normal movement but only happen for few second and occur randomly after maybe half an hour? It's not that very disturbing, the card is still new, no time to explore much.

The bios is for Top. The bios will downclock the card on load. And that stuttering is general for new Nvidia card.

I think this stuttering is happen to all GTX 670 and GTX 680. And sometime luck. Some said having issue but some say no issue.

This... I didn't mention that GTX 670 is on par with GTX 680 at same speed but GTX 670 is on par with GTX 680 after max oc. I said OC vs OC which means who max oc, not to compare head to head with same speed. I read that GTX 680 have less headroom than GTX 670 and I hope this is not true because it will disturb GTX 680 selling. And maybe he have bronze chip for GTX 680 thus he can't push too far.

I think it's not fair for me to compare GTX 670 with GTX 680 head to head as GTX 670 is create to be below GTX 680. The one who should be compare for head to head is GTX 680 vs HD 7970. Anyway, I think you all correct about the chip thingy. I wish some could do another comparison like in the link, to give better view for this 3 level GPU as I see with Kepler, everything is not too far from each other.

then you should as well ask if the GPU load 100% gaming 4 hours, will the chip die or lifespan shorten?

I even clean my laptop's heat-sinks every 1 or 2 months.
And then a quick vacuuming from the battery socket area. (wonders if this damages the hardware inside)

P.S I have it on really low power.

From my experience, it is often priced somewhere in between the cheaper ones from Leadtek and the pricier ones from Asus, MSI, Gigabyte. If budget is of your upmost importance, go for Leadtek instead.

Close to the SRP that you see today. Yes, i've also briefly used an Asus before. Some of my comments and summary:

Asus
1. Quitest fans. Load temp at 76C.
2. Relatively high boost clock at 1137MHz, even though the default clock speed is only at 915MHz (reference speed).
3. Solid build, with backplate.

MSI
1. Overclocked out of the box, performance on par/close to a stock 680. Boost clock observed at 1175MHz.
2. Better temps compared to Asus. Load temp at BF3 only 69C.
3. More expensive compared to Asus 670 DCUII (non TOP).
4. Fans have blue bling-bling, not too bright though.
5. Quite loud at startup, due to the "dust removal technology". Other than that, the fans are very quiet during idle or even at load temps.

Overall, i would say both are excellent cards. I just prefer the MSI PE slightly due to the overclocked out of the box experience. I'm not one who likes to OC the card anyway.

Can't really find MSI cards in Penang, except for PC Depot only. But they don't have PE edition. Why not you consider Leadtek GTX 670? You can get it from either boonykun, lingloong, zhen^wei/yoongkeen in Garage Sales. It's the best-bang-for-buck GTX 670. You shouldn't worry too much about power consumption. Your 700W PSU seems plentiful for that purpose.

PM them for the best price. But know that PE is among one of the more expensive 670s around.

Just use that as a guideline only, 700W is sufficient for your needs.
