statics? wow grounding issue.. best to look for accessories shops or go back to toyota and let them know the issue, it can be a major problem, get it done ASAP

You can easily re-position by yourself especially the front skirting.
Painting wise, either you bring to body shop for painting or you wrap it with carbon fiber sticker
Since the colour dont really suit our OEM colour, I don't think you can resell it too except at very low price.
