power ok lah .... can easily overtake city....haha manual thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

cheap cheap only and dont need to mod just plug and play... so far it able to read from our ECU below list

Kilometers Per Hour
Revolutions Per Minute (RPM)
Throttle Position Sensor
Water Temperature
Average Fuel Economy
Trip Fuel Cost (dint setup this function but it can be use)

It can be done for auto as i try last time on my gf auto vios, 4 adult bonnet full luggage KL~Ipoh~Penang can reach 600+kmh during that time run on BHP95, tire pressure front 240 rear 220, engine oil Amsoil 0w30. Also can reach this mileage ....

Hey guys, I owned a vios TRD for 3 years. I guess is time to change my tires even I seldom drive it. Remain low mileage but I suspect the rubber are harden already after 3 years.

Any recommendation of tires ?

My requirement is more comfort and lesser road noise. No need performance , I don't do sharp corning. As long as comfort and less noise is good. Price wasn't really a problem. Safety comes 1st.
*
yes it may harden you can try Michelin ... you can have some sound proof it help abit....

they told me at the first 2 services... subsequent services after 10k, they straight recommend semi/full synthetic... i asked them about them claiming 10k for mineral, they say don't have doh.gif

i'll stick to the normal service period:
semi - 7k km
full - 9k km

i'm on full, i service at 9k km cos 7k km already the car sweat.gif

targeting that Amsoil gold 0-w30 fully synthetic brows.gif
see how first tongue.gif

can explain more on the flushing thing?
*
Depend on how you drive... if low mileage or less use your car semi is good enough....last time semi i change every 3~4k and fully every 5~6k.... on toyota oil...

For flushing things.... dont ever do it on any engine or GB.... this will clean oil, dirt, micro size metal that been in our engine from the 1st day the engine start to life... if it able to clean fully but if not it will be cause other part to be damage.

Amsoil dont have gold it call Signature range 0w30 best of day to day use...

My car will be reaching 10K service.  I will probably use full syn and top up with Torco MPZ2.

Mineral oil these days can go up to 7K.
It's up to the owner to replace every 5K if they wish. The extra K is just for reserve in case the owner is to busy to send the car for servicing.  biggrin.gif
*
If a good Full syn oil why do we need use torco MPZ2? every full syn maker have their own blend if add torco MPZ2 in our oil to make it perform even better why in the 1st place they dont wan to make a better full syn beside at torco MPZ2?

wah... if i service that often sure pokai... cos i service every 3-4 months at 9k km sweat.gif

but how often you need to flush? 100k km?
*
still ok lah... for me i dont flush engine as it will harm more then clean more.... as our engine can last 200k~250k mileage....

other then flush is you can use carbon removal or engine oil with high cleaning agent....

QUOTE(dtna7 @ Aug 29 2012, 06:16 PM)
