Hi all, my whity`s rims had been scratched by the sideway (just a soft kissing). T.T darn sad....
Now, there is a rubbing sound+ little vibration when travelling 60kmh above, i suspects the wheel bearing goes bad.
Decided to send it to SC this Wednesday to claim warranty for the bearing replacement, as my vios is just 10 months old
Guys..Will they deny me to claim the warranty?

hahaha, , then i should ask my mum face to face "Talk" to the sale assistance.

just curious, will those scratches on rims effect the car warranty? will they say this is operation error cant claim?

I painted all my four rims LOL. hope they wont find out yah..... but.. my bodykit oso have some scratches leh.. those scratches oso made by the curb

=.=|| one rim below rm100, but those painted cant tahan more than 3 years de...
My advise: better don paint them if there is no obvious scratches on them.
my vios is G Limited, sport rims now become almost black ed, my heart hurt like wanna suicide

yalo, before repaint i was thinking of looking the same Sport Rims to replace the scratched rims, but this type of rim only can find on G Limited version, so it is really hard to find. I tried to ask Toyota, they quota me RM2202 each. LOL.

cheap ed lo. if buy from toyota for G limited rims RM2202x4... i ask them go die...

nope, you are wrong.. 1 set of sport rims = RM2202 x4.. which means RM8808...

LOL.. tat why i m so sad and angry.. the tire shop ppl tell me this is the nearest color they can match.. i was like WTF?!@ he is color blind or wat?

Total 3 side bearing failure... LOL need wait until after new year to order the spare part from KL. zzzz

haiz.. no choice ed hv to accept the color although i miss the ori sport rims so much

guy, my vios had the bearing fixed, but there is another problem now..
When the car traveling at 80kmh(only at 80Kmh), a loud humming sound and vibration come out...
The SA there also notice that, so he want keep my car overnight(2 night) for inspection..LOL..
Do you guys have any idea on this issue?

But those parts has been replaced since last wheel bearing service vo... i juz wonder wat is going wrong with my car?
it is juz 11 months old car, and the mileage juz 12,000km.....

hope so... really tired to keep sending my car to SC
don noe they can find out the problem or not... i m now trying to search google for the similar problem so mayb i can give them some advise too

juz get the call from SC, the problem cant be identified. LOL.. zzz.. they said they need to write in to KL for advise on this issue.. means need to wait..

here is my symptoms ya, c u guys got any idea of it:
1) the humming sound and vibration only kick in when reach 80KMh.
2) below and above 80kmh the humming sound gone, but the vibration just reduce
3) replaced both of the front wheel bearings last weeks.
4) SC checked the lower arm but no issue found.

better bring 2 or 3 of your friend go too.. and show the black face to him!
